It's hard to believe that anything in The O.C. could be considered a legend---but there is one thing, and that is MULDOON's DUBLIN PUB & CELTIC BAR!

Located in the little brick building on the corner of Newport Center Drive, directly across from Fashion Island and directly next to the Edwards Big Newport Cinemas in Newport Beach, California, Muldoon's has been providing AWARD-WINNING FOOD & BEVERAGE, SUPERB SERVICE, AND A DELIGHTFUL ATMOSPHERE since her doors were first opened in the year 1974.

It was 32 years ago that 2 Irish twin brothers and a young Barrister decided to build a restaurant in the gorgeous, high profile, ocean-side neighborhood of Newport Beach. But this wasn't going to be just any restaurant. Their dream was to build the most beautiful and authentic Pub & Restaurant outside of the Emerald Isle! The three men called it Muldoon's !

With a goal of offering the very finest of Irish cuisine, spirits, music, and cheer, coupled with the freshest foods and ideas of the California Gold Coast, Muldoon's opened her doors in the Fall of 1974--- AND THE PINTS, THE DARTS, THE STEW, THE FISH & CHIPS, THE BURGERS, THE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT, AND ALL THAT MULDOON'S PROVIDES became a ritual for all those who lived and worked in the area--- and it still is to this day! And Muldoon's keeps current with the ebb and flow of Dublin, Galway, Clare, Cork, Wicklow, and all the other wonderful counties and towns of Ireland , which adds to the fun and excitement at Muldoon's each new day!
